The Digital surveillance system will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor necessary). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is for the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, serial numbers removed, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, act of nature or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Warranty is void if any other software is installed on the system. This warranty covers Digital Video Recorders purchased and operated in the United States and Canada only. All other areas please negotiate a warranty with one of our authorized agents. We will not accept any return without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
